Books, Literature & Talk (BLT)
One Monday per month @ 1:00 p.m.
Join us this Fall! New members are always welcome. Please call or see Viki at the Circulation Desk to register and receive your copy of the monthly book selection.
We're Talking About Books (Not your average book club)
The evening book club, on the 3rd Wednesday of the month @ 7:00 p.m., offers a new and unique format. We are talking about books in an unstructured, fun setting. Come share a great read, a new author, or a great series, or simply listen in for new ideas.
We are now offering Book Club Bags! Each bag contains 7 copies of one title along with discussion questions to get your book club conversations started.
How it works: You check out a Book Club Bag and distribute the copies to your book club members, and when finished, return the bag containing the 7 books to the Library’s front desk. Our librarians have chosen an assortment of books to suit the tastes of a variety of book clubs. We are always looking for good suggestions so please let us know if there are other titles that interest you.
Book Club Bags are checked out for six weeks (sorry, no renewals). Feel free to visit our catalog to place a bag on hold, or stop in to browse the book club shelf for what is available. As always, feel free to ask for assistance if you have questions about this or other library programs.
